Welcome to southoctutoring.com, the website of Club Z! Tutoring of South Orange County. By using this website or engaging our tutoring services, you agree to the following terms.
Tutoring services
- No long-term contracts. Tutoring is pay-as-you-go.
- Cancellation policy. 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours may be billed.
- Tutor matching. We re-match at no cost if the first tutor isn't the right fit.
- Results. We cannot guarantee specific grades, scores, or outcomes.
Tutors are independent contractors
Our tutors are independent contractors vetted by us and Club Z! corporate (background check, credential verification). They are not our employees, but we stand behind every match.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in Orange County, California courts.
